Margaret Walp brings more than four decades of exceptional customer service and community leadership to her role as a real estate professional. Born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, Margaret moved to the United States in 1982 and proudly became a grateful U.S. citizen. Over the past 43 years, she has built a reputation for putting people first, earning the Good Samaritan award and Customer Service award from the City of Saraland for her outstanding commitment to customer service.
Margaret is deeply rooted in her community and has spent years giving back through service and leadership. She is a past president of the Saraland Lions Club, where she received the Melvin Jones Award. Margaret currently serves as secretary of the Satsuma Lions Club. Her dedication to community involvement also includes active membership in both the Women’s Club of Saraland and the Satsuma Women’s Club, serving as president-elect of the Saraland Chamber of Commerce, and as a Community Relations Team Volunteer/OCC-Samaritan purse.org/Operation Christmas Child.
Faith, family, and service are central to Margaret’s life. She is a proud member of Stillwater Church and is active in several ministries there.
Family is at the heart of everything Margaret does. She and her husband have built a beautiful life together, and she is the proud mother of one daughter and two sons, whom she absolutely adores but not more than her beloved grandchildren.
